Coronavirus Tips You Can Count On
Due to the recent outbreak of coronavirus in Charlotte, regular life has changed dramatically for its residents. Unfortunately, we’re not returning to normal until the problem has been contained. In the meantime, you can do your part to stay protected by remaining informed and following the tips recommended by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), which include but aren’t limited to:
- Wash often: Washing your hands is the easiest and most important task you can perform. Make sure to use soap and water while following the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time. We suggest adding more time if you’ve been in public recently.
- Sanitizer is critical: Washing the hands isn’t always an option especially if in public. In those cases, it’s best to use sanitizer to maintain your protection against coronavirus. For the best results, you need sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol.
- Practice self-isolation: This is a must-do for Charlotte residents. The best way to comply is to stay at home as much as you possibly can. If you have to go out, be sure to maintain a minimum of six feet distance between you and others.
- Clean your home: It’s important to keep the home clean as well. As such, it’s necessary to sanitize and disinfect the home often. When in doubt, just follow the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
